U110 SafeSport Update
For all professional and instructor members over the age of 18
Course Description
The United States Olympic Committee (USOC), SafeSport Course provides important training about the nature of misconduct in sport and gives you actionable information to better protect athletes. USA Gymnastics University will issue course credit for completion of the course.
Online Course Registration
- Click the red Register for the Course button
- You must be logged in and have a current membership to register. (username and personal password—which you created).
- Once selected you will automatically be registered for all parts of the course.
Important Points
- This is a FREE course offered by the USOC
- The course is broken into 3 separate 30 minute portions.
- All portions of the course must be completed, in order to be granted U110 certification.
- Once completed the U110: Safe Sport Certificate will appear under the “Certificates” and “Course History” sections on the “My Profile” page at USAGym.org.
Please note: The SafeSport educational course is required in addition to the criminal background check screening for all members. Professional members must also complete the U101 Safety/Risk Management course in addition to the requirements listed above.
